Frequently Asked Questions
What Happens After I Submit a Request Form?
The Catapult team and your selected speaker review your request, considering scheduling, travel, and sponsorship. You’ll hear back within 1–2 business days. We'll then work closely with you to coordinate course details, funding, and deliverables.
What Does It Cost to Bring a Speaker to My Program?
The host organization will always be asked to cover the speaker’s travel and lodging expenses. While we’ll help to offset the speaker’s honorarium with sponsors, the total cost to you will depend on your speaker choice, program type, format, and sponsor participation.
How Are Sponsors Involved?
We rely on sponsor support to fund speakers. To qualify, events must have at least 25 doctors in attendance. We also recommend providing a display table and sharing the attendance list to increase sponsor interest.
What Kinds of Topics and Formats Are Available?
We offer a variety of formats—virtual sessions, lectures, half-day, full-day, evening programs, and hands-on workshops. Topics range from AI and 3D Printing to Injection Molding, Laser Dentistry, and much more. Explore the full list on our website!
How Do Hands-on Programs Work?
Hands-on workshops are in high demand, and we’re happy to help you build a great one! We’ll collaborate with you, the speaker, and potential sponsors to develop and support the program. If sponsor-provided handpieces aren’t available, Catapult can supply them for an additional fee. We’ll also ask sponsors to contribute the necessary materials and products as part of their support.
