Meet the instructor

Donna Galante, DMD

Dr. Donna Galante graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1984 where she received her DMD degree. She spent another 2 years at the University of Pennsylvania and obtained her specialty certification in Orthodontics in 1986.
While at her first private practice in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and she was also a clinical instructor at the Department of Orthodontics UPenn where she was voted "instructor of the year" Shortly after, she achieved the American Board of Orthodontics Diplomate Certification in 1992.
Marriage took her to California in 1993, where she currently practices with her husband and fellow
orthodontist, Dr. Paul Cater, in Northern California. They treat over 90% of their cases with Invisalign and are currently Diamond Plus providers with over 5,000 cases submitted.
Today, Dr. Galante is Senior Vice President of Orthodontic Clinical Support at Aspen Dental and mentors over 1,200 dentists and their team of employees educating them and overseeing their clear aligner cases.
