  • Over $2 billion in total deal flow for clients through mergers & acquisitions (M&A) work
  • Specializes in offering unique options to sellers, including individual, group, and private equity investments
  • Consulted for practices, medical device companies, and groups of practitioners
  • Helped build and start more than 100 medical and dental start-ups and constructed another 100 locations
