Dr. Nisha Gupta graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2004. She went on to do a general practice residency at Metrohealth Medical Center. Following that she started a dental practice from scratch with her husband. While the practice and their family was growing, Dr. Nisha spent several years learning the ins and outs of dentistry in different practice settings, from public health clinics to corporate dentistry, associateship, all while growing her own practice.
She not only believes it’s important to work on clinical skills, it is also important to work on leadership skills and has spent extensive time working on leadership development and public speaking. She has been involved with her local Toastmasters group for 5 years and has achieved several awards. She has also spent a majority of her time taking continuing education specifically in implants and sleep apnea.
Dr. Nisha is currently a member of the LCDS, ODA, ADA, AGD and serves on the Ohio Dental Association Judicial Affairs Subcommittee. Dr. Nisha has adopted the philosophy that while dentistry is important if you don't take care of your health, nothing else matters. She started not only working on her own personal health and fitness, but branching out into the community giving talks about health, diet, and wellness, and received her certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University
