Maryam Shamuel is a self-driven professional with 18 years of experience in the dental industry
and a passion for education, disease prevention, and advancing patient care. With more than a
decade of experience as a clinical dental hygienist, she is dedicated to promoting oral and overall
well-being through a preventive approach while elevating the patient experience through the
integration of innovative technologies and evidence-based care.
Maryam is a Guided Biofilm Therapy trainer with EMS, RiseWell educator, clinical instructor at
College of Southern Nevada, writer, and product evaluator with Catapult Education. Through her
clinical, educational, and industry roles, she is committed to empowering dental professionals
and patients with practical knowledge that supports better oral health outcomes.
