Dr. Katelyn Gunn was raised in rural New Mexico on an alfalfa farm and cattle ranch. She received her B.S. at West Texas A&M University before being the youngest female in her class at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine- Arizona C/O 2018. She served the communities that raised her in rural NM for over 7 years. Opportunity and family prompted the move to West Texas where she is now a partner in two separate practices.
She was recognized by her alumni and faculty as 'Student of Service', 'Compassionate Award', and most recently Alumni Study Club Key Lecturer. Dr. Gunn is very involved in organized dentistry (NMDA, TDA, ADA), various study clubs (Spear, Mommy Dentists in Business), and is currently building on her speaking career. She is also active in Lions Club and takes on many service opportunities outside of dentistry. When she is not practicing and serving, she is busy raising a young family (3 daughters) alongside her husband. Dr. Gunn is a large proponent of efficient practice models, the highest quality of care, and modern techniques.
