Course Description
More than 100 million people whiten their teeth each year, and demand continues to grow. However, despite this demand, attracting patients can be challenging, as wellness salons, spas, and at-home whitening products continue to expand in the market. Relying solely on word-of-mouth marketing is no longer sufficient.
This course focuses on practical, in-office marketing strategies—starting with your team—to help increase awareness and patient interest in your whitening services.

- Explain how to engage the dental team in discussing and promoting whitening services
- Develop visual materials to support promotional efforts and increase patient interest
- Identify “silent marketing” techniques, including pamphlets, giveaways, and office presentation
