No matter how small or large your practice or workplace may be, there will always be challenges to navigate. Conflict is a common workplace interaction that is often stressful and can be mishandled. This course explores the dynamics that exist within organizations, including organizational behavior, conflict management, team development, and workplace culture. Participants will gain strategies for creating successful teams and fostering a positive, productive work environment.

Meet the Instructors

Cameron Shahbazian, DMD, MBA

Dr. Cameron Shahbazian is a Massachusetts native and attended the University of New Hampshire where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Shahbazian then went on to Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where he received his DMD. Following Dental School, Dr. Shahbazian did a one-year General Practice Residency at Lincoln Hospital in New York City,  and also completed an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. Dr. Shahbazian is a former Lecturer of Restorative and Biomaterials Sciences at Harvard’s School of Dental Medicine. Currently he is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of General Dentistry at Boston University’s Henry M Goldman School of Dental Medicine where he serves as co-director of Integrated problems in practice management.  Dr. Shahbazian currently maintains a Dental Practice in Quincy, Massachusetts, where he has been for 10 years.
