About the Course

Course Description

Join us for an exciting course that delves into the world of peri-implant bone loss and how to minimize it through implant design and clinical protocols. Discover the risks associated with peri-implantitis and the advantages of deep conical connection implants. Learn about their biomechanical stability and how they can reduce micro-movement and enhance tissue integration.

We’ll guide you through the process of subcrestal placement and accurate 3D positioning of implants in different clinical scenarios, such as healed alveolar bone and immediate placement in extraction sockets. You'll gain practical knowledge of immediate and delayed implant placements, supported by clinical case presentations, to demonstrate successful techniques and outcomes.

Learning Topics

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the clinical benefits and biomechanical advantages of implants with deep conical connections
  • Recognize and apply the guidelines for accurately positioning implants with deep conical connections in three dimensions for optimal outcomes
  • Gain familiarity with protocols for placing implants in both healed alveolar bone and immediately into fresh extraction sockets, including provisionalization techniques
