Course Description

Discover how clinical imaging AI can enhance diagnostic confidence, strengthen patient understanding, and turn findings into accepted treatment plans. With rising costs and flat reimbursements challenging practice margins, increasing case acceptance is more important than ever. Attendees will learn how to use AI-enhanced images to clearly visualize and explain pathology, build trust through effective communication frameworks, and align the entire clinical team to present treatment plans consistently and confidently.

April Lowry, Executive Director/GM, Clinical & AI Solutions Henry Schein One

April Lowry is an accomplished healthcare technology executive with over two decades of leadership experience across operations, product strategy, and clinical innovation. As Executive Director & General Manager of Clinical & AI Solutions at Henry Schein One, she leads global strategy for clinical workflows, ePrescribing, AI Voice, AI Imaging, and emerging AI technologies. Her team drives innovation across the company’s practice management platforms—including Dentrix, Ascend, and Dentally—while managing key partnerships across the clinical and AI ecosystem.

Before joining Henry Schein One, April held senior product and strategy leadership roles at PracticeTek and previously co-founded Total Software Development Group, where she built a next-generation dental platform deployed across more than 1,000 locations. She also co-launched a consulting firm supporting thousands of healthcare professionals with compliance and technology adoption and spent 13 years expanding a global HR consulting and executive search firm across multiple countries. April brings deep expertise in SaaS for retail healthcare, revenue cycle management, clinical workflows, and patient engagement. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University and is an advocate for digital engagement, as well as an avid pickleball player, wife, and mother.

Dr. Nandita Lilly, DMD

Dr. Nandita Lilly is a seasoned dental professional and AI clinical expert at VideaHealth, where she helps drive clinical innovation through AI-powered solutions designed to improve diagnostic accuracy and expand access to high-quality dental care.

With a diverse background spanning hospital dentistry, community-based care, and private practice ownership, Dr. Lilly brings a well-rounded perspective to clinical excellence and practice growth. She has successfully led and expanded multiple dental practices and is deeply committed to patient-centered care and supporting dentists in strengthening both clinical outcomes and operational performance.

Dr. Lilly earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed her General Practice Residency at New York Medical College and Metropolitan Hospital in Manhattan. Prior to dental school, she attended the University of South Florida, majoring in Biomedical Sciences with minors in Biophysics and Economics.

Khuzaan Screwvalla, VP of Information Technology, Great Lakes Dental Partners

Khuzaan has 15 plus years of information technology experience from serving as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Manager, and recently Workspace Engineering IT Manager at Reyes Holdings. Khuzaan’s expertise includes facilitating cross-functional teams and partnering with clients, senior leadership, and business units. His motto is to always strive for customer success, operational excellence, and market leadership. Khuzaan has a B.S. in Computer Science from DePaul University and is an avid Lego builder and a table tennis enthusiast.
