Meet the Instructors
Dr. Chad Duplantis
has 20 years of experience in high-tech restorative and aesthetic dentistry. He has been in private practice since 2000 in the North Fort Worth, Texas area treating all ages with an emphasis on restorative and aesthetic dentistry. Dr. Duplantis has always had an interest in “high-tech” dentistry and has been incorporating CAD/CAM technology in his practice since 2004. Formerly a CEREC user, he is now a user of the Glidewell.io chairside system.
Dr. Jeff Horowitz
founded the Carolina Center for Advanced Dentistry, a multi-disciplinary group practice in the Conway/Myrtle Beach, SC area. He is also the founder and clinical director for Advanced Sleep and TMJ Centers. His main interests include treatment of sleep disordered breathing, orthodontics, temporo-mandibular disorders, the oro-systemic connection, complex rehabilitation cases and cosmetic care.
Dr. Hugh Flax
is known for his leadership in cosmetic dentistry. A Past President of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, he has lectured and authored in internationally on lasers, smile design, and advance restorative techniques to enhance the skills of dental teams in making their care world class for their patients. Dr. Flax practices full time in Atlanta, Georgia focusing on functional-appearance related conditions and advanced laser dentistry as well as writing and lecturing on how to help others do the same for their own practices.
Dr. Lou Graham
is the founder of the Catapult Education, a continuing education company whose philosophy and programs use contemporary, interactive formats to integrate time-proven conservative dentistry with 21st century materials and techniques. Dr. Graham maintains an active clinical practice in Chicago. He emphasizes the same concepts he practices: dental health diagnosis, treatment plans for medically compromised patients, conservative treatment, cosmetic dentistry, and customized approaches to periodontal care, implants and laser dentistry.
