Dr. Arvind J Petrie grew up in greater Seattle and received his BA in Biology/Physiology from the University of Washington. He completed his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in Pennsylvania at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and went on to finish a one-year AEGD (advanced education in general dentistry) residency in Spokane before going into private practice. Dr. Petrie began his private practice Petrie Advanced Dental in 2013 with a mantra that dentistry is very humanistic health care, and so should be the relationship you establish with your patients. His practice focus on perio health and occlusion. Dr. Petrie also serves as an Invisalign club president for Northwest Aligners (NWA) and is a board member for the American Academy of Clear Aligners.  Dr. Petrie consistently works to improve his knowledge and practice by enrolling in 50 hours or more of continuing education and teaching other doctors clear aligner therapy.
