The use of zirconia has risen dramatically in recent years because of its combined durability, aesthetics, and its ability to be merely cemented in place instead of bonded. In this 1-hour webinar, Dr. Griffin will discuss how regenerative/bioactive cement not only offers exceptional clinical performance with zirconia, but also the potential to stimulate hydroxyapatite formation and a reduction in tooth sensitivity. Tips and tricks when cementing implant crowns as well as routine zirconia/metallic crown and bridge will also be highlighted.
Learning Objectives
- Recognize the difference between bioactive and regenerative and why it’s important in dentistry
- Learn zirconia preparation, uses, and how to maximize clinical performance
